Starting from a small initial processing factory, we have gradually grown into a modern cosmetic packaging solution provider integrating R&D, production, customization and service. We have witnessed and participated in the iteration and upgrading of the domestic cosmetic packaging industry, and written the chapter of enterprise development with professionalism and perseverance.
In the initial stage, we focused on plastic packaging as the core entry point, focusing on the production of basic cosmetic containers, set up a core technical team, introduced standardized production equipment, strictly controlled product quality, and gradually accumulated industry experience and customer resources. With stable quality and intimate service, we gained a firm foothold in the regional market and laid a solid foundation for subsequent development.
In the development stage, we keenly captured industry trends, kept up with the international innovation trend of cosmetic packaging, and launched product upgrading and category expansion plans. On the one hand, we expanded the production scale, built a standardized dust-free production workshop, introduced automatic production lines, improved production capacity and efficiency, and realized the transformation from "small-batch customization" to "large-scale production". On the other hand, we focused on customized R&D, set up a professional design and R&D team, carried out services such as private mold development, appearance design, and 3D drawing and sampling, expanded a full range of products including plastic airless bottles, glass bottles, essential oil bottles, and pump accessories, and promoted the upgrading of surface technology, mastering core processes such as silk screen printing, hot stamping, UV printing, and embossing to meet the diverse and personalized needs of customers.
In the growth stage, we focused on quality compliance and brand upgrading, took the lead in passing the ISO9001 quality management system certification, and obtained a number of international and domestic certifications such as SGS, FDA, EU 10/2011, and REACH. We established a full-process quality control system from raw material warehousing, production molding to finished product delivery, ensuring that every product meets safety and compliance standards. We successfully integrated into the industrial chain of well-known domestic and foreign cosmetic brands and won the trust and long-term cooperation of many high-end customers.
